VM Impianti is founded

Maurizio Vigolo establishes VM Impianti, a company specialized in the design and scheduled construction of civil and industrial electrical systems, in low and medium voltage cabins. The company distinguished itself over the years with a strong growth, both in size and skills developed in the tertiary sector and large-scale distribution.

Elphi S.r.l. is founded

From the fusion of Phibor Italia, already part of VINCI group since 1950’s, and Elteknica.

Elphi S.r.l. joins VINCI Energies

Elphi S.r.l., a reference point in the field of electrical systems and energy services, becomes part of the VINCI Energies Group.

VM Impianti becomes part of VINCI Energies

Elphi VM is born

Elphi VM is the result of the union between Elphi S.r.l. and VM Impianti, both specialized in electrical systems. With over 25 years of experience in the construction and maintenance of electrical systems, this new company entered VINCI Energies Italia under the Actemium brand, contributing to the growth of the entire Group.
